The Kärntner Kreditinstitut relies on an appearance for its new branches that conveys the corporate philosophy and has a sustainable recognition value. The use of the regional, ecologically renewable raw material wood, the open entrance areas or the interior atrium make people feel welcome in these office buildings. With the first branch in particular, architect Dietger Wissounig created an exemplary project that emerged from an invited architectural competition. The integration of a bakery on the ground floor represents an additional social offer that makes communication and meeting possible.
